Terms and Conditions

Last updated: 26 May 2026

Welcome to Exambank.ai, a GRE preparation platform owned and operated by Valorus Limited, a company registered in the United Kingdom. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Exambank.ai, including our website, practice questions, mock exams, analytics, learning tools, subscription plans, and any related services we provide together as the "Service". By creating an account, accessing the Service, or purchasing a subscription, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

The Service is intended for individuals preparing for the GRE exam. You must be at least 16 years of age to use the Service. If you are under 18 years of age, you confirm that you have the consent of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these Terms on your behalf. By using the Service, you confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction.

2. Our Plans

2.1 Free Plan
The Free Plan provides limited access to Exambank's GRE preparation materials, including a restricted number of practice questions and basic analytics. The Free Plan is available at no cost and does not require payment information.

2.2 1 Month Plan
The 1 Month Plan is a paid subscription that grants full access to all available content, features, mock exams, and advanced analytics for a period of one calendar month from the date of purchase.

2.3 6 Month Plan
The 6 Month Plan is a paid subscription that grants full access to all available content, features, mock exams, and advanced analytics for a period of six calendar months from the date of purchase.

3. Billing, Renewal, and Cancellation

3.1 Payment
All payments are processed securely through our third-party payment provider. Exambank does not store your full payment card details. You agree to provide accurate and complete billing information.

3.2 Automatic Renewal
Paid subscriptions will automatically renew at the end of each billing period (1 month or 6 months, depending on your plan) unless you cancel before the renewal date. You will be charged the then-current subscription fee at renewal.

3.3 Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain full access to paid features until that date.

3.4 No Partial Refunds
If you cancel your subscription before the end of your current billing cycle, no partial or pro-rata refunds will be issued. You will continue to have access to paid features until the end of the period you have already paid for.

3.5 Downgrade to Free Plan
After your paid subscription ends or is cancelled, your account will automatically revert to the Free Plan. You will retain your account data but will lose access to premium features.

3.6 Pricing Changes
We reserve the right to change our subscription pricing at any time. Any price changes will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle following notice of the change. Continued use of the Service after a pricing change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

4. Use of the Service

4.1 Licence
We grant you a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable licence to access and use the Service in accordance with these Terms.

6. Educational Content and Results

The Service provides GRE preparation materials for educational purposes only. We do not guarantee that use of the Service will result in any particular score, outcome, or admission to any programme. Practice scores and analytics are indicative only and should not be taken as a prediction of actual GRE performance.

9. Privacy and Data

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data. By using the Service, you consent to the data practices described in our Privacy Policy.

10. Third-Party Services

The Service may contain links to or integrate with third-party websites, payment processors, or services. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of any third-party services. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their respective terms and conditions.

11. Availability and Changes to the Service

We aim to provide continuous access to our platform but do not guarantee that the Service will be available at all times. Access may be suspended temporarily for maintenance, updates, or unforeseen issues. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without prior notice.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our discretion, without prior notice, if:

  • Your use of the Service poses a risk to other users or to the integrity of the platform
  • We are required to do so by law or a regulatory authority
  • Your account has been inactive for an extended period

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We are not liable for any loss of data or access resulting from suspension or termination.

13. Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Valorus Limited is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you to us in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or £100, whichever is greater.

15. Consumer Rights

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit any rights you may have as a consumer under applicable law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 (UK) or equivalent legislation in your jurisdiction. Where any provision of these Terms conflicts with mandatory consumer protection laws, the relevant statutory rights shall prevail.

16. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising in connection with the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer rights in your jurisdiction that may entitle you to bring proceedings elsewhere.

17. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you by email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after any updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
