The Service is intended for individuals preparing for the GRE exam. By using the Service, you confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction, or that you are using the Service under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms on your behalf.

2.1 Basic Plan
The Basic Plan grants limited access to Exambank’s GRE preparation materials, including a fixed number of practice questions.

2.2 Pro Plan (Subscription)
The Pro Plan is a monthly subscription that provides unlimited access to all available content and features.

3.1 Billing Cycle
Pro Plan subscribers are billed on a monthly basis from the date of subscription.

3.2 No Partial Refunds
If you cancel your subscription before the end of your billing cycle, you will retain Pro access until the end of that cycle. No partial or pro-rata refunds are offered.

3.3 Downgrade to Basic
After your subscription ends, your account will automatically revert to the Basic Plan.

3.4 Payment Processor
All payments are handled by a third-party provider. Exambank does not store your payment details.

4.1 License
We grant you a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial GRE preparation.

4.2 Prohibited Uses

• Share your account or login credentials with others
• Copy, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the platform
• Use the Service in a way that violates any applicable laws or regulations

All content, software, and materials on Exambank.ai are the property of Exambank Limited or its licensors. You may not reproduce, republish, or reuse this material without our prior written consent.

We aim to provide continuous access to our platform but do not guarantee that the Service will be available at all times. Access may be suspended temporarily for maintenance, updates, or unforeseen issues.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Exambank Limited is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our maximum liability to you will not exceed the amount paid by you in the previous three (3) months.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising in connection with the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, regardless of your location.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after any updates constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
