- How do renewal and cancellation work?
- Paid Pro renews automatically every month or every six months, depending on the term you chose, unless you cancel before renewal. You can cancel in account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period, and Pro stays active until then.
- What happens after I cancel Pro?
- There is no partial or pro-rata refund for the cancelled billing period. When paid access ends, the account returns to Free and keeps its data, and Pro features stop working.
